Tactra Remote is designed as a local-first media control app for your own Home Assistant environment. We do not sell personal data, run advertising tracking, or operate a cloud service for controlling your devices.

Data Tactra uses

The app may store Home Assistant connection settings, selected devices, preferences, routing choices, and local app configuration on your Apple devices or in Apple-supported app storage. This information is used to operate the app.

Home Assistant communication

Tactra communicates with the Home Assistant server you configure. Device names, entity states, sources, and media-player capabilities come from that Home Assistant instance and are used to render controls and perform actions.

No tracking or advertising

Tactra does not include third-party advertising trackers and does not sell user information. If future diagnostics are added, they will be documented before release and kept separate from device-control content.

If you contact us for support, we will receive the information you choose to share in that message. Please avoid posting access tokens, passwords, or private network details in public channels.
